Josie trained at Letterkenny Hospital in Eire, specialising in occupational health and was awarded a Diploma in Occupational Health in 1995, subsequently completing a BSc in Management of Occupational Health & Safety in 2005.

Josie has a keen interest in personal fitness, the arts (particularly theatre and dance) and is a key member of the Blossoms management team.
