In partnership with a select group of leading businesses, Blossoms is proud to be part of a unique combination of public, private and charitable organisations aiming to support social enterprise and help vulnerable people gain skills and qualifications.

The Fire Station project has been led by PwC and reflects a shared desire to do the right thing for our communities, and build a blueprint for better business.

Working together, Blossoms and the Fire Station team are encouraging and supporting new socially oriented organisations.  Through the pioneering venture, we are extending our existing community programmes and deepening our relationships to create opportunities for work experience, training and coaching for homeless and vulnerable people.

With the Beyond Food Foundation providing essential skills and training, PwC providing mentoring, coaching and business support and Blossoms providing health support for the less advantaged in our communities, we're helping to support the social fabric of the areas where we work.

As part of the project, we're also proud to have founded the Blossoms Academy, which is providing a structured training programme and employment opportunities for people wanting to develop a career in healthcare.
