Wellbeing health check

What does a full wellbeing health check up include?

The full health check is our core health screening option. It includes a full personal doctor consultation, key health metrics and a fully personalised report. The assessment is designed to identify individual health and lifestyle risks.

All our health assessments are led from start-to-finish by an experienced doctor, giving you the highest standards of care at all times. All our doctors are employed directly too, so you won’t ever be seen by a Locum or agency doctor.

Each of our health assessments also include access to your doctor at any time following the medical, so there’s always someone at hand to help afterwards too.

How will the Blossoms wellbeing health check help me?

Your Blossoms full health check can detect potential health issues before they cause real damage.

Our complete health assessment will give you an understanding of your overall health condition and help to prevent future illness. It will also answer questions about elements of your health and provide you with a complete overview of your health status.

The health assessments are aimed at reducing your risk of developing diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke and kidney disease.

Our expert doctors will perform various tests to measure your risk of developing these health diseases, and provide recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes, where necessary.
